Contemporary composer Levente Gyöngyösi may already be familiar to the audience from his work in opera: in 2005 the Opera premiered his first work in the genre, The Stork Caliph. As a source for his most recent work, the composer has taken one of the most important novels of 20th century literature, which he composed into a vocal-symphonic musical for soloists and chorus and employing instruments used in popular music. "In principal, this genre works when it entertains. But I have also chosen a weighty literary subject. On the popular side, I am 'making the piece work', while at the same time putting all of my skill and craftsmanship into the symphonic and electronic arrangement.”

This contemporary circus production conceived by artistic director Bence Vági recalls classic fairy tales with a story of how the mistress of the Crystal World loses her faith in human emotions and decides to freeze everything and seclude herself behind glittering walls of ice.
A Szentpétervári Balett Társulat valamint a Bolsoj Színház művészeivel autentikus előadásban indul országos turnéra Csajkovszkij Diótörője. A zenei élményről a Budapesti Filharmóniai Társaság Zenekara gondoskodik Somogyi-Tóth Dániel karmester irányításával. Az előadás - mely a 130 éves baletthagyományokra épül - egyszerre ünnepi, friss és magával ragadó, gyerekeknek és felnőtteknek egyaránt felejthetetlen élményt ígér.
Tegyük fel, hogy megcsalt a férjem – mit teszek én? Sírok, válok, vagy bosszút állok? Lucienne Vatelin tisztességes feleség, esze ágába nem jut megcsalni a férjét – és az elvét tartja mindaddig, amíg a férje őt meg nem csalja. Viszont, ha ez megtörténne, arra is felkészül: talonban tartja a jóképű Babillont, hogy ha kell, legyen kivel bosszút állni… A hülyéje őrült és szerelmes bohózat – tökéletes nevettető kikapcsolódás szerelmeseknek, friss házasoknak, és hűtlenséget tervezőknek. Megszállott nőcsábászok és bosszúálló feleségek a Thália Színház Nagyszínpadán.
