…Contemporary circus meets physical theater…
I like how you never let go of me. I don’t like that you’re always late. I like that we have the same taste in car music. I hate your tissues being all over the place; the way you clean up. You cook with beetroot. You know what to say to make me let go. You tell me what’s going on and what to think. You’re always organizing everything. You always do the rigging. I’m here. Me too. We are women past 30. We are what we are. But what are we like?
Goose Necks is an intimate confession of two women past 30. Contemporary circus and physical theater techniques are used to elevate their experiences and memories onto a more general plane. Through theater, the two women discover their mutual relationship and explore concrete situations to reveal archetypal principles. They touch on the subjects of female friendship, appearance and conduct in the society, love relationships, work intensity and maternity. The much promoted individuality and sometimes also rivalry result in all of us being pretty much the same despite our heads being different shapes.
Cirkus TeTy is a contemporary circus company which focuses on aerial acrobatics, mostly on the double cloud but this time also on ropes of other shapes. Cirkus TeTy cooperated on Goose Necks with mime, performer, director, teacher and choreographer Radim Vizváry who helped them fuse contemporary circus and physical theater.

Cirkus Problem
In 2012 a little group of punk clowns decided to start a kind of Music Circus. It turned into a blend of Balkan, disco beats, and cheap pop which is rocking the house in many clubs in the Czech Republic and abroad. We’ll leave behind us parties which last ‘till early in the morning… Our crazy band was found in 2012. We already performed in many clubs, markets, weddings and some festivals. We play balkan folk music, disco beats and pop all mixed somehow together and people just love it. MICKEY MOUSE IS DEAD
Tomáš Dianiška & co.
A dramatized trip about bad dreams.
Anna ran away from home. Filip loves physics and meth. Nikola is strange. And dreams are borderless – sort of like the EU. Who wants to be the center of the universe for a picosecond? Who is afraid of mice? Forget the fairytales, because Mickey Mouse is dead. A surrealistic nightmare written under fever instead of sleep. Wow! I feel good ta da ta da ta da ta. So good, so good...
Actors: Tomáš Dianiška, Barbora Kubátová, Tereza Dočkalová and Jakub Albrecht.
Length of performance: 1 hour

DIVINE COMEDY OR…
Coproduction of Csíki Játékszín and Ragnar
80 minutes without intermission, in Hungarian language with Czech subtitle
Or, this is not Dante, just a game with those colors which have been divinely painted to the heavenly palette. The two-actor performance process the adventures of New Testament. Actually there show up some Dead Sea Scroll as well. As we move forward we increasingly see the actors as playing God. The actors who sometimes believe they are really Gods (or divine)-not only on stage. Aron as Christ and Csaba as God are playing with each other and with us: they charmingly quarrel, evilly squabble. And this is the same since the creation of the World. Everyone is playing, creating, behaving, relating to, and correlating. It was the same when Jesus met John the Baptist, the Devil, Bartholomew, Jairus, Judas, and so on… The story is written again by itself, and it is suitable to re-think our theory about faith, relationships and theatre. Of course we realize that we are not in the limelight all the time. We are playing, understanding, recognizing, and laughing. Definitely nice to look into a grotesque mirror.

TAMÁS DEÁK: DRAGON REVELRY
Performance of Picaro from Budapest
90 minutes without intermission, in Hungarian language with Czech subtitle
In a Real-East- Hungarian pub environment (where Miskolc is the West, Budapest is abroad) we discuss and stall everything which is important nowadays. A dragon shows up on the edge of the village, so folks get together to dispute what to do. Of course they don’t agree. Ended up folks decide, as they have a dragon, they should show it off, so they organize a festival-but they couldn’t remember this word… When everything is prepared for the EU delegation to take the train (to discuss the Dragon Revelry and the money of course), it turns out there is nor a dragon there, nether a train station…

Brkelemeke,
theatre road movie
Brkelemeke is a play about a play.
The play about playing on the road.
The play about two people, who travel to live and they live to be on the road all the time.
Brkelemeke is a fight against logic and the declaration of love of the unknown and uncertainty.
It is an encounter with something that is not possible to tell but only to go through.
It is the most absurd and absolute promise.
The promise of a marriage to the life on the road. Brkelemeke is a desire to touch a gypsy heart.
The desire to kiss the one that is not possible to catch. It is only possible to run shoulder to shoulder.
The one who is able to be up to laughs.
Brkelemeke is a never ending chase after the greatest joker in the world. After the freedom.

„Important and well known fact, that not everything is as it seems. For example humans on Earth always believed that they were more intelligent than dolphins, as they achieved a lot: discovered the wheel, New York, the war, and whatever, while dolphins were just happily paddle. On the other hand dolphins believed they are more intelligent than humans-for exactly the same reasons. On an interesting way dolphins knew for a long- long time that the destruction of Earth is just round the corner. They made several effectless trial to warn mankind of the coming disaster. The very last dolphin-message was get wrong as well as previous ones by humans. They thought the perfectly managed double backflip through a hoop, while whistle the anthem of the United States, is just a show effect. The real meaning of the message actually was: Goodbye, and thanks for the fishes again!”
