Kipling története nem csupán egy kedves mese. A felszínen túl valójában igen mélyre nyúló, több társadalmi kérdést és önismeretet feszegető alkotás.
2021. augusztus 20-án nyílt meg az érdeklődők előtt a Budavári Palotában újjászületett Szent István-terem. Az államalapító Szent István királyunkról elnevezett helyiség a Budavári Palota a századforduló magyar iparművészetének csúcsteljesítménye volt. Az 1900-as párizsi világkiállításon nagydíjat nyert terem Hauszmann Alajos tervei alapján készült el, kialakításában a kor legjobb magyar művészei és iparosai vettek részt.
A Monte Cristo grófja egy igazi, nagy ívű, romantikus musical. A történet ismert: nyüzsgő kikötő, a tenger hullámzása, régi-új szerelmek, esély egy új életre, őrült karneváli forgatag, intrika, bosszúvágy, elégtétel és Párizs, hol jobb és könnyebb az élet... mind-mind megelevenedik Alexandre Dumas világhírű regényének zenés színházi adaptációjában.
