Eposode 1. - Rise of the Raven
After watching his family being slaughtered by a raiding Turkish troop, János Hunyadi dedicates his entire life to fighting the Ottomans. However, serving at the court of the Serbian despot Gyorgye Brankovic, he is drawn into the political games of Central Europe sooner than he thinks when the Hungarian king's visit is interrupted by the arrival of an Ottoman army.
Eposode 2. - Rise of the Raven
Hunyadi, struggling to repel constant Turkish incursions, travels to Buda to ask for the king's help, but Sigismund makes him join his guard, against his will. With the help of his friend János Vitéz and that of Erzsébet Szilágyi, János realizes that his time in Buda and his service to the king is the price to be paid so that one day he can fight his enemies, and soon his strategic aptitude makes him one of Sigismund's best soldiers.
