As the home of the Electro Swing Club Budapest, Orfeum is the newest and only Hungarian member of the successful elite club network available only in a few cities all around the world (Hollywood, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Toronto, Zürich, Brussels, Prague, etc.).
Being part of the international Electro Swing Club franchise is a great reward for Orfeum as a pioneer club in Budapest.

The Electro Swing Club parties evoke the decadent, sultry world of the 20s, 30s with the coolest electro swing DJs who mix trendy and vibrant music and all above there are burlesque dancers and live shows every time to get the full picture.

Chris Tofu stands behind the decks and plays cool eclectic music since 1995. He is a real bohemian guy, who isn’t just played music in the last 2 decades, but he organized different stages on great festivals like Bestival, Big Chill, Secret Garden, or the Shangri-La stage of Glastonbury. Beside these, he is the link between the two biggest electro-swing party series in the world, the Electro Swing Club and White Mink.

The local residents, Savages y Suefo are well-known names in the international electro-swing scene. They played in many places over Europe and their tunes were released on various compilations. Their new remix EP released in February on vinyl and digital featuring remixers like [dunkelbunt], Kid Loco, or Fab Samperi. Really fresh news: Suefo won the dj mix competition of IKEA Hungary!
