Oliver Berkes is Orfeum’s very own Jay Gatsby.
The movie, playing in the thrilling, wild and filthy, decadent times of the 1920s, has inspired the Orfeum, too. The Great Gatsby is about to throw a hot party in this unique Pest nightclub.
Spectacular dances, sexy costumes, excellent singers guarantee that everyone feels at Gatsby’s secret world on that night. All songs guide us through the “smoky” but yet alluring era. “One night where everything is allowed…”
Besides solo performances and duets by Oliver Berkes, Helen Gondi and Zsofi Kallai-Kiss, the stage is owned by the dancers of the Orfeum (Istvan Makar, Wanda Olter, Dora Samai, Gabor Zsiros) choreographed by Aniko Szabo and Lajos Turi.
Performing thrilling stunts, the young and talented acrobat Renato Illes is seasoning the show.
Opening at 8 p.m.
Concert at 9 p.m.
Dining is ongoing until 11 p.m.

Guests of Orfeum are entitled of a 50% discount after 8 p.m., upon availability, in case they leave their car in Corinthia Hotel’s guarded parking garage (entrance from Harsfa Street). Nevertheless, the reservation of parking lots in advance is not possible. To redeem the discount, guests are asked to have their parking ticket stamped by one of our colleagues before validating it at the reception of the hotel.
