Like Woody Allen, Martin Scorsese is passionately in love with New York City. There is no doubt, however, that Scorsese sees a different city. His is dirtier, edgier, and slightly more full of crime and criminals. Scorsese’s home turf is Little Italy, in Lower Manhattan. On the other hand, New York, New York clearly shows that the two are both jazz fans.

Mivel szinte az összes levéltári anyag megsemmisült, tervezési elveiket jószerével csak deduktív módszerekkel ismerhetjük meg.

Svábkeringő / Schwabenwalzer

Az 53 perces film a magyarországi németek 2. világháború utáni „málenkij robot”-ra hurcolását és „kitelepítését” dolgozza fel az érintettekkel, illetve családtagjaikkal folytatott beszélgetések formájában. Olyan történelmi eseményt tár fel, amely a 20. század egyik megalázó és a résztvevők számára megmagyarázhatatlan, életüket súlyosan meghatározó története volt. A filmben megszólaló német nemzetiségű honfitársaink részesei voltak a kollektív bűnösség jegyében annak a politikai retorziónak, amelyben otthonukat családi kötődésüket vesztették el.
